Messrs. BVM Brunner GmbH u. Co. KG are manufactures of packaging machines with their head office in Reutlingen (BRD) offering innovative packaging solutions. Since 1985 our company has been increasingly active on the international market. We´ve grown steadily and now have 50 employees. Continuous progress and our state of the art technologie guarantee a high quality product. The individual requirements of our customers are of the highest priority.

In the following please find more detailed information about the modern construction of our machines.

The use of sheet steel cases and BMT-aluminium profiles are the basis of our modular construction system. Safety guards are made of BMT- aluminium profiles. These systems, which are also used in automation and handling systems, have been proven excellent since 1991.

An existing machine can be subsequently equipped with further modular components so that our customers have the possibility to adapt their packaging machines to the changing requirements of the market. All machines are equipped with free programmable controls as well as with plug-in and screw thread connected scanning elements. Moreover the machines have consistently heated, maintenance free sealing systems. A control device with text indication and format memory offers easy operation and adjustment of the machines.

In this product-memory settings for various products can be stored and called-up again, if required. Faults can be found quickly due to text indications, e.g. "safety door open". If required, it is possible to deliver the machines with a fully-automatic, motor driven size adjustment system.

As shown on our homepage our delivery programme comprises different types of packaging machines. For shrink wrapping equipment we offer Full Overwrap Machines, Sleeve Sealing Machines, Stretch Banders and Shrink Tunnels. For carton packaging machinery we can supply you with Tray or Wraparound Packers. Thus, the delivery programme of BVM not only offers solutions for shrink film packaging but also for tray and carton packaging.

In addition BVM delivers transport and infeeding systems, e.g. transport conveyors, accumulation roller conveyors and feeders for the separation of stacks. Our complete delivery programme consists of infeeding systems, packaging machines as well as outfeed transport systems for the packed products.
